About Us

The Property Search Group (PSG) are a long established franchised organisation with over 65 offices in England and Wales.

Based in Bury, we at PSG Manchester Northwest have been trading for over 10 years and provide our services to the Greater Manchester area.

Originally, PSG provided ‘Conveyancing Searches’ and ‘Due Diligence’ reports for solicitors involved in land and property transfers and we are extremely proud to have become the local market leaders in this field.

More recently, we provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for Residential and Commercial Properties ‘On construction, sale or rent’.

It is now the law that before any property is offered for sale or rent an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) must be made available to show prospective buyers or tenants.

We directly employ our own 'search' staff along with Domestic and Non Domestic Energy Assessors and office administrators so that we are in control of all aspects of our service and quality.

We have established an enviable reputation for service and quality with the local legal profession and other property professionals and recently received the award for Customer Excellence at the Bolton and Bury Business Awards.
